Special Orders

  • No returns are accepted once items have shipped from the manufacturer.

Regular OrdersFurniture

  • Returns are accepted within 3 business days of delivery provided that:
  • - Original tags are still attached
  • - The home is free of smoking and pets
  • - There is no wear, staining, odor, or damage to the furniture

Appliances & Electronics

  • A full refund is available if the item is refused at delivery.
  • No refunds are available after delivery has been accepted.

Bedding:

  • A full refund is available if the item is refused at delivery.

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
